Commentary Here is the second pack I promised 
. I hope you like it. I was inspired to make it when I realized that some stamp-makers might not really know how to make shapes that small to put on their creations. I've made five borders that have hearts in different locations, but you can go ahead and move them wherever you want to (if you know how to do that and all). I hope you enjoy this pack ~ .
